I made this Tuesday it was a delicious alternative to my regular Vegi Lasagna, and there were so many leftovers I didn't cook yesterday, so worth it. I found it on pinterest but the recipe can be found here http://oneordinaryday.wordpress.com/2011/03/23/white-chicken-lasagna/ I used canned chicken because I'm lazy like that and my chicken was still frozen and I refuse to microwave chicken, any one with me on that, it gives it the worst taste?
P.S. Hudson has had entirely too much fun today, I pulled out some new toys for him to play with which he completely ignored,
he loves people not toys, which has led to this . . . . while watching me make dinner so cute!
